These Terms do not constitute a service agreement. Any service agreement entered into between you and Indeed Home Services will be governed by its own terms and conditions.

5. Payments

If you become a client, the following payment terms apply unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
• A late fee may be assessed for payments not received by the agreed-upon due date

7. Warranties and Disputes

Indeed Home Services stands behind our electrical work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement or estimate. You will be notified of any issues through the Service or by other communication methods. You have the right to respond to any service-related concern.

• Record-keeping and compliance

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that such content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
